Terms of Reference
(1) To determine planning and other applications relating to the functions set out in Part 3 of this Constitution which the Council has decided to delegate to the Committee.
(2) To provide advice to the Executive on the preparation of the Development Plan.
(3) To provide advice to the Executive or the relevant Overview and Scrutiny Committee on the development of planning policy or on other planning issues referred to the Committee.
